I am excited to announce that I filed for reelection to the South Carolina Senate today. I want you to know that I am deeply honored by the trust and support of my constituents.

As I prepare to run again, I am reminded of Philippians 2:4, which says, “Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” This verse expresses why I want to continue to serve; not for what I can do, but for what I may do on behalf of the families of District 8.

Together, we’ve made significant strides, but our work is far from over. I am committed to continuing our fight for a better, brighter future for the people of Senate District 8 and for all South Carolinians.
